In order to keep a better , high-quality , functional and enriched life
while working against aging problems, I sincerely recommend all of us to observe
and follow the following rules ®ulations:
1) Nutritional and Dietary Rules and Regulations:
a) Drink eight glasses of water a day , that is, 2 quarts
or almost 2 liters;
b) Eat natural , pure and whole foods to build a whole body;
c) Eat food in the proper proportions that is 6 vegetables,
2 fruits ,1 starch and 1 protein;
d) Eat food at a proportion of 80-percent alkaline and 20-percent
acid;
e) Eat food of proper variety, including different vegetables,
different fruits , different starches and different proteins;
f) Eat 60-percent raw foods which provide the most nutritional
value, the best vitamins , minerals and live enzymes;
g) Eat properly so that our body is supplied with the nutrients
nature needs to accomplish tissue repair and replacement;
h) Eat a balanced diet with different variety to prevent
nutritional deficiencies;
I) Eat enough right foods to prevent nutritional deficiency;
j) Eat with your senses, not with your intellect;
k) Eat with full attention and full enjoyment of the experiences;
l) Eat fresh foods;
m)Eat less rather than more, eat smaller meals more frequently
and fast occasionally;
n) Enjoy simple foods prepared quickly and properly without
fancy adornments;
o) Eat a proper proportions of the three basic categories
of nutrients : carbohydrates, fats, and proteins;
p) Experiment with your diet, use your own experiment as
your best guides;
q) Consume at least 20-30 grams of fiber per day;
r) Consume less fat and less wrong kinds of fats and oils
since excess fat in the diet causes hardships for the liver and gall bladder
and excess cholesterol formation in the body;
s) Consume 6 percent dairy products in a diet per day is
sufficient;
t) Consume less inorganic salt which is contained in many
processed and packaged foods in the form of additives such as preservatives
or taste-enhancers;
u) Consume minimum refined sugar or white sugar which has
only harmful effects on the body;
v) Consume only about 6 percent of wheat of the diet per
day, etc.
2) Items with Special Cautions:
a) Avoid allergens : including food, pollen , dust, dander,
chemicals, mold and germs;
b) Avoid toxins: such as elementary toxins(lead, mercury...
etc.) & biologic toxins from plants, germs, synthetic from mostly petrochemical;
c) Avoid or minimize the use of microwave ovens;
d) Do not use aluminum pots for cooking with acid foods and
not use stainless steel for long cooking of acidic foods, etc.
3) Lifestyle and Living Habits:
a) Keep regular exercise to give yourself more energy and
a greater sense of well-being and help you work more efficiently , averagely
about 4 to 6 hours of exercises per weeks;
b) Relax and rest more, conscious regulation of breath to
achieve affective relaxation;
c) Keep spiritual and emotional balance through good connectedness-to
friends, family, tribe, nation, etc.
d) Take 1 to 2 sessions of body massage per month in order
to elicit the relaxation response, improve blood circulation, effect immune
system function, assist metabolic balance in muscle tissue , promote muscle
relaxation...etc.
